Now I want to discuss about verb to be in present form.
am, is, are have has called verb to be in present form used as a main verb and auxiliary verb in a sentence and placed before noun and adjective. for example: I am a good student. here am used as a main verb I am reading a book. here am used as a auxiliary verb.
usage of am, is ,are as a main verb in a sentence.
1. " am " used if subject first person singular number " I " for example: I am a student.
2. " Is " Used if subject only 3rd person Singular Number for example: He is a student. She is a student.
Ahmad is a student.
3. " are " used if subject 1st Person Plural Number 2nd Person Singular and plural number, 3rd person plural number. for example: we are students. you are student. you are students. they are students.
Usage of have and has as a main verb in a sentence.
" have " used If Subject 1st Person Singular and 1st Person Plural Number, 2nd Person Singular and 2nd Person Plural Number, 3rd person Plural Number for example:
1st person Singular Number Only One " I " For example: I have a pen. I have a book.
1st person Plural Number Only one " we " for example: we have two pens.
2nd person singular Number only one " you " for example: you have a book.
2nd person plural number only one " you " for example: you have five books.
3rd Person plural Number " they " for example: they have more money.
has used if subject only 3rd person singular number for example: he has a book.
