About Noun and its classification with example
Noun means any kind of name is called noun.
They are total 11 Kinds
Number 1- Common noun indicate non particular people,
places or things
For example: mountain, country, man, airline
ect.
Number 2- proper noun indicate particular people, place or things.
For example: Atlantic Ocean ect.
Number 3: Abstract noun can not perceive with your five
sense
For example: love, wealth, religion, pride,
happiness ect
Number 4-Concreat Noun you can perceive with your five sense.
For example: house, bird, banana, sun, dog, ect
Number
5- Collective Noun refer to
things or people as a unit. For example:
family, village, group, team Etcetera
Number 6- Countable Noun that you can count. For example: book, pen, cat ect
Number 7- Uncountable Noun that you can not count. For
example: food, milk rice, rain, water ect.
Number 8- Singular Noun indicate one person, place, things or idea.
For example: monkey, baby, cat
ect..
Number 9- Plural Noun indicate more than one person,
place, things or idea. For example: cats, books, pen cows ect.
Number 10- Compound Noun indicates made of two or more words.
For example: tablecloth, new york, sunlight ect
Number 11- Possessive Noun show ownership.
For
example: the student’s book, karim’s cat ect.
