About Conjunction and its Classification with example



Now I want to discuss about Conjunction and its classification with example

Conjunctions is a part of speech that join two or more words.

For Example: he is poor but honest. Karim and Rahim play together. Here, but, and are Conjunction. 

 

There are 3 types of Conjunctions 

1.       Coordinating conjunction indicate single words  For example: he is poor but honest. Karim and Rahim play together. Here, but, and are Conjunction. Coordinating Conjunction total Seven.   

2.       Subordinating conjunctions– is a similar words, but in pairs. For Example I read a newspaper because it provides information. :also after, before, as soon as, so that, until,  Et-cetera.

 3.       Correlative conjunctions-  is an adverbs that used as a conjunctions. For example: Ahmad both read and write, here, both is a correlative conjunction.  also: either ...or / neither....nor / both.....and

Ahmad is living either in Canada or in Brazil. you are neither my brother or a friend. I loved both you and your brother.
